Another inspiration thread, I think we all know the drill. I need some new motivation, anyone got anything they haven't shared yet? Really digging this one which was posted last time by CDK.

Fantastic stuff. That's a great start thanks, dude. I found this recently and I think it's going to become a conversion for my Nomads.

This remibds me of the Dactyl for some reason. I think if I ever get one, I'll have to try it out.

I think it would be impressive conversion. I'd try to convert elf morlock into moderator hacker. (street samurai/decker)
I can't say I'm not disappointed by lack of replays. Even, if it's repeated art I'd imagine it wouldn't hurt to post it again.

Ooh, that's sweet too. Hacker stuff is gold to me, it looks so good it's a shame there is no decent way to portray it on a miniature. Yeh even reposts are valid, you never know what you're going to take from something seeing it with fresh eyes. I think posts were slow on the last thread like this too but it lasted quite a long time with people adding every few days so not to worry. Automatically Appended Next Post: Oh yeh, someone[cspo] posted this WIP on the official Infinity forum. It's so creepy I had to repost it. Shivers down my spine.

I think I've found my third Chimera (the first one is the official and the second will be an Oznat).

Haha, good shout, I'm using the official one for a Moderator and I'm going to do this as another Moderator. The Oznat is a great idea, I love that miniature. Any idea of a good horse to use as a base? I'm messing about with one from LOTR which I thought would be small enough but it looks quite beefy.

well, I play ITS so it has to be a CB mini, and for Nomads a sort of cyber horse could look good so I'm thinking about doing some sort of conversion using the Nomad Zonds, we'll see if I manage to do it

Clever idea. I'd maybe think about finding a HI with good looking legs that can be sliced up, get two of them and sculpt the horses body to attach them to. Then a moderator upper body for the human part because it has the same armour as a chimera.
Let me know how it goes however you do it.

Love the first two there, less keen on the third but that's just personal preference.

I really should go play those games. I don't know why I haven't yet.
Aldo, you've totally started something. I keep looking at that centaur image and then the remote legs in the picture above it, and back at the centaur, then the remote, then the centaur. They could work in so many different ways.
Another image I pulled recently.

Considering this is actually from Infinity, it's hardly visual inspiration. I'm curious, what is that guy directly behind Van Zant with the gas mask supposed to be? Is that supposed to be a Vet. Kazak or a Minuteman or something?

Pretty sure that last one is another foxtrot, for one Isobel is Caledonian and she wears Tartan tights.
I would bet good money it is just a version of this atrocious model
Also you missed the 5th Foxtrot in the bottom right

If you look, there is a bit of a pattern to the pants that don't match the camouflage you're seeing on the other guys.

Originally I thought the same, but putting it politely?
I don't like to acknowledge the existence of that piece of trash model.

Did not! Didn't you see I already put in a Foxtrot with LGL?

Aye, I think it was from Deviantart but I don't remember what artist it was or anything. It's stunning though. To me it's slap bang in the middle of PanO, Nomad and CA aesthetics.

It feels more CA, even though it doesn't have those smooth lines with biological element added in. Don't really see anything PanO would use or design, however on the contrary it's certainly something Nomads would. Praxis not giving a second thought about creating abomination such as this.
