As above, the usual suspects are ulthwe and iyandan, both have damn nice colour schemes and have had a lot of love from gw over the years.

Biel Tan was the most popular craft world in former edition when swordwind was a popular tactics.
Alaitoc was also powerful with its disruption table. The Emperor beware.
