As many of you already know, Ludofilia posted photos of freshly printed empty Tsuequest boxes. Like this:

There was no further explanation attached, so I waited some days to see if more info could appear. But it didn't, and the Darkstone thread has started to digress. So I'm bringing here the little Darkstone cleared up about it:

Those photos aren't fake, in the sense they are not photoshopped nor staged. That is probably LudoFact, the german printer Ludofilia announced they would print with. That would explain why in some of the photos we can see piles of games from other publishers. Most probably Ludofact took and sent these photos to Ludofilia and Ludofilia disclosed them for a confidence boost. Darkstone users reminded us that Ludofilia is still selling Tseuquest preorders in their online shop and preordering the game unlocks bonus stuff.

Also, if Ludofilia paid for this printing, those boxes (and the rest of the cardboard from LudoFact) will probably travel to Seville and be ensembled into complete copies of Tsuequest. Don't know who's gonna pay for it, but I don't know either who paid for the printing of the boxes.

So, is that it? Is the "Spanish Heroquest" going to be made, albeit with another name and different system? Well, some people are believing that, you can believe that too, but now comes the skeptic part.

A year ago, Darkstone user Sevilla came with the rumor that Ludofilia was trying very hard to make a small print run of the game, in order for the game to exist before the trial ended. According to him, this could boost Dionisio's position both in the trial and in the trademark struggle with Hasbro. The chapter of the trademark already ended, so that didn't happen, but having some copies of your game existing, or even being reviewed by influencers would mean you could not be a scammer, wouldn't it? (at least judging by common sense, as IANAL)

But after the trial, Ludofilia would have to keep producing copies of the game to: fulfill all its backer rewards and, gain enough money to make up for all the publicly disclosed debt we know about.

Is that really going to happen? How many copies have they printed already, and in which hands are they going to end? Shops first? Members of the victims association first? Inner circle and youtubers first? Who's gonna promote the game? The most loyal influencers to Dioni already jumped off ship...

And even if Sevilla is completely wrong and Ludofilia goes full good intentions and rainbows, and keeps printing copies like crazy, would they be able to sell enough of them in the current market? Only time will tell.
