Hey Everyone!
I just got my Stephen Rao mini and I am having issues on how to line up the side pouch. I have been placing it every way possible and it just does not seem to line up correctly. I am lining up the ball one the pack with where it should go and it does not sit well on the mini. How I am assembling it is with the ball being on the upper part and the pack at an angle on the mini.

Am I doing something wrong or was this a challenge for others?

It is a pain all right. I widened the hole as it's not exact fit. I've also added a very small dot of green putty, however, if it falls off again I'll have to pin it.

I stuck a blob of putty under it, then made sure that the straps lined up, then removed excess putty that had come out at the sides. Seemed to work.

“Good people are quick to help others in need, without hesitation or requiring proof the need is genuine. The wicked will believe they are fighting for good, but when others are in need they’ll be reluctant to help, withholding compassion until they see proof of that need. And yet Evil is quick to condemn, vilify and attack. For Evil, proof isn’t needed to bring harm, only hatred and a belief in the cause.”

Hmm. I may have to try that. My issue with it is I can't seem to get it to sit flush on the mini. If the top of the bag does, the bottom just has a gap that I can see all the way up to the ball joint.
