I've watched it, but I don't what they were firing XD
I think they fire concentrated awesome. They definitely don’t screw around.
You'd think since it is the future they would deal with criminals in the most humane way possible, but dying from one of those guns looks quite painful
So sad. I still don't understand half the thread rules on this forum- What does it matter if a thread gets super-long and super-awesome? There's page skippers, aren't there? And what if a thread from a couple months or a year ago suddenly become relevant again, huh? What if the next edition of a game was just like an older edition, what about that?
Also, on-topic off-topic, does anyone know what's up with Sailor Moon Crystal? Is it done for the season? Is it done for good? Because I've never actually seen the Outer Senshi in anime form before- only ever read about them in fanfics, where it seems like they're pretty integral to the story, yet here we are.
Also kinda want to start watching Bladedance of Elementalers again, simply because of Legend of Korra withdrawl. I wanna see awesome Elemental Fighting Action, dangit! Yet I don't know if Bladedance is any good for that, or if, like Infinite Stratos, it devolves into a harem anime with occasional references to fighting.

Well, just don’t be subconsciously pre-disposed for criminal activity and you won’t get shot. They have a non-lethal setting

Psycho-Pass: The Novel is written by Makoto Fukami, one of the anime's script writers. There's more violence and sex in the novel and several scenes not present in Psycho-Pass, although some are incorporated into the Extended Edition. Volume A and B were published on February 4 and April 4, 2013.

New thread, let's get this baby chugging! On a side note, just finished the first season of log horizon and its sort of okay for me. But I am watching Fate stay Night and that's pretty damn sweet, Rin's a badass.
never in the field of human conflict, has so much been fired at so many, by so few.
My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, Commander of the armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions. Loyal servant to the true emperor Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next.
Please leave your message after the tone...
Like i said before the last one ended. The latest episode of 'parasyte: the maxim' was fantastic. This show needs infinitely more coverage and possibly a few movies.
Philosophy, violence, sexual tension and questions of morality are all over that show and i'm loving every minute of it.
it's one of just two or three anime I've watched on television. I was always making my sisters clear out of the lounge room of a sunday night so I could.
I'm confused Baron, what do you mean? The 2nd episode is already subbed and out there for our viewing enjoyment,

Are you talking about A Certain Magical Index or A Certain Scientific Railgun? I'm not as fond of Index, as it tends to involve a guy with no real super powers telling all the people around him with super powers to go home so he can run at that bad guy with super powers and try to punch them. Railgun on the other hand is a spin off of Index and I rather like it because the guy's largely left out and now we get to see the actual bad asses with all the super powers go at it. It amuses me that Index is supposed to be the one aimed at guys and Railgun for the female viewers.

Whaaaa? Maybe Certain Magical Index would be more up your alley- a little less lolisexualism, and a bit more traditional anime action. It's interesting, though, because the 4 series (2 Scientific and 2 Magical) are in the same world and timeline, and even have some crossover going.

Alright, let's do this.
Spoiler:
So, those weird zombie kids all have psychic powers due to reasons, including telepathy, telekinesis, other tele-stuff and other stuff-kinesis-things (they make stuff happen with their minds, as you probably knew.) For Reasons, Kaneda also gets psychic powers. But for reasons, his are super powerful, and because he's older, he can't control them as well. So one of the things he was doing with his powers was amping up his biology (he may or may not have been juicing- I'm really not sure what's going on with the pill motif), and so that started going out of control and he mutated into giant demonbabycancerfetus.
It turns out that what happened to Kaneda also sorta happened to another one of the zombie kids waaay back when. That kid was named Akira, but instead of him going demonbabycancerfetus, instead he started teleporting/collapsing all matter around him into Astral space (that's the giant glowy sphere bomb). Somehow Akira got killed or knocked out while doing his Astral Teleport bomb, saving the city from destruction. The Scientists then dissected/vivisected him and saved his bits and slices in the little tank things- but because his psychic powers were so strong he was still conscious and thinking. He activated his Astral Teleport Bomb again in order to suck all of Kaneda's demonbabycancerfetus-ness into Astral space, where Kaneda could just be Kaneda instead of being suborned by his powers. He also pulled the other Zombie kids in with him (or they jumped) so they could all be happy hanging out together in Astral Space.
Or they're all Jesus. Depends on how religious you are.
I think that's it. That's how I see it, anyways.
