Does corvus belli have a infinity customer support page of some sort? I've been looking for one so I can get some small part of my OI set replaced, and I can't seem to find it.

Not that I have found, although I did email their mispack support because I needed a replacement arm for one of my miniatures. They couldn't help but did tell me that if I placed an order from their webstore, then put in the comments section what my missing piece was, they would send me a new one at no charge.

I don't obviously recommend that until you hear from that, but they are a small enough company that you can email any of the emails out there and usually get direction on if they can help.

Here is the old contact us page from the old site, I imagine it still works and mention to them that there is no contact us on the new page, so they add one.

Here's the official guide to contacting them about mispacks, damaged items, etc.

hmm...

NOTE: We don’t sell spared parts. If your dog has eaten the HMG of your Spec-Ops, or if your model fall down to the ground and you have missed your Orc Troop’s antennae, we sorry very much, but we can only take care about our packaging process.

Well that suck, I lost the part to my models, I have no interest in lying to get some bits back. Just in cast there is another way I e-mail them at there old contact e-mail( the one one the old site), but its been three day with no reply. Look like I'm SOL on this one, its odd I can't just buy replacement bits.

This happened to me, I dropped a tray with several unbuilt models on, and at the end of finding everything I was missing a Ghulam arm from their 3 model blister. I have old floorboards with some big gaps so this wasn't entirely surprising.

I just bit the bullet and ordered a single replacement model from Shae-Konnit here on Dakka, who delivered in record efficient time, maybe try that, like you say lying isn't a good option, bad for the soul

Lucky I went and found that link, I just had to use the service.

Bought Kasym Beg, and the mounted model came with no arms.

Hopefully all the info in there is still valid - let me know if it isn't!
