I am making up a Deathwing army, but using different chapters terminator squads, this will be my Crusader Legion. My question is, can all these squads still get furious charge and tank hunter? I am not allowing my squads any special rules as per their own chapter, (ex: Blood Angels no blood rage).

Thanks, RB

Cool idea. The way to do it and stay legal would be to choose one set of rules to abide by (Deathwing). So, if Deathwing terminators can get furious charge and tank hunter, then so can your terminators. If Deathwing terminators don't get blood rage, then yours don't. If Deathwing terminators must all be stubborn, then your terminators must all be stubborn. Etc...

No, just no. You could not take furious charge/tank hunters in a Deathwing army because it does not say that you can in the Dark Angel codex.
But, interesting idea about using different chapters...

Actually, yes you can.

If you read the DA FAQ for the new Space Marine codex, it states that the Deathwing Terminator entry uses the Space Marine entry for a Terminator, including +5 points for the stubborn ability. Since the Space Marine entry can use those two vet skills, I see no reason why DW could not.

read the faq death wing. It states using the 4th ed sm codex, partly utilizing the da codex, with appropriate changes made with the v4.1.1 faq.

All deathwing units must be stubborn, and can have either tank hunters or furious charge.

hmmmm ok but then your paying like 48pts for your basic troops... A little step if you ask me. Also It's more fun just to use the DA codex rules so that you can take a unit with lots of lightning claws & assault cannons. But, dang I guess I'll have to rework my lists now...

You really need to buy the new SM codex. Your basing everything you're stating here on 3rd ed stuff. Termies are 40 points now, with 5 points for stubborn.

You may also no longer mix assault termies with normal termies. (this is sad, and I hope this changes with the new DA codex next year)

Things have changed for the deathwing, but it is minimal.

Ya I do have the new codex and 48pts comes from 40pts(base) + 5pts(stubborn), +3pts for Furious charge/tank hunters. Also, I do know that I can't mix the two termi squads, it was just in the DA codex there was only one type of squad so you could mix the weapons.

Thanks for all the input. Can this terminator force work without the 5pts for stubborn? I save 5 per model, but lose the stubborn

You HAVE to buy Stubborn for your termies in a deathwing force (it's the price of having all termies, apparently). Hopefully, this is something that will be changed when they release the new 'dex...someday.

The 4.x faq for Dark Angels states that the entry for terminators from the 4th ed. 'dex replaces that of the entry in the 3rd ed. DA codex, so no combos, and no termie apothecaries in your cmd. squad.

Furious charge/Tank Hunter are nice, but they start to add up after a while. Consider using those rules/upgrades in an economic fashion.

The only way to do a non-Stubborn DW-style army would be to do a Lysander-style non-DA 1st-and-10th list: small scout squads as troops (with Telehomer), then max out on Termies in HQ and elite (so 2 HQ termie cmd. squads and 3 termie squads). Use Lysander for his special drop-rule and you can do a fairly competitive list and keep your crusade army flavor (actually, that might make it more fluffy: make the scouts Raven Guard, who according to the Fluff use a lot of Scouts anyway), and make the rest of the army termies).
