I actually emailed this list of changes to forge world, now I give them to you!
First, update all of the corsairs to the current eldar/dark Eldar base statline. ws4 bs4 and ld8
Then all wargear options get updated the same way
The corsair prince is dropped to 90 points, and his jetpack goes to 15
The void dreamer gains access to the divination, telepathy, and sanctic demonology tables, becomes mastery level two for free, and his jetpack is a 15 point upgrade.
The bladesworn retinue become WS/bs5, and cost 16 points per model, the jetpack upgrade is 3 points per model.
The void storm squad gains hammer of wrath and stubborn, but are now 14 points per model. If they use hammer of wrath while charging through terrain, they take a dangerous terrain test. They get one power weapon for every three models for 15 points per model, and the a single special weapon available to them for every 5 models at the cost listed.
The corsairs squad themselves may take one powers word for every 5 models in the unit, for 15 points, and jet packs cost 3 points per model.
The wasp assault walkers are 65 points base, have the power fields and open topped, and start with shuriken cannon equiped. The weapon upgrades cost the same as war walkers in codex eldar. Loses the once per game super jump ability.
The jetbike unit becomes sv4+ and lowers to 20 ppm
The falcon is heavy support, the corsair venom is fast attack, the firestorm drops to 165 points
They get eldar rangers as a troop choice, the rangers gain the corsair venom and falcon as dedicated transports instead of wave serpents
The kabalite warriors and craft world outcasts also benefit from void hardened armor.
The corsair have the lightning attack special rule
Lightning attack: units composed entirely of models with this rule gain the following benefits, they may disembark from a transport after moving cruising speed, but may not assault if they do so. Units with this special rule that are equipped with jetpacks may reroll one die when making their thrust moves in the assault phase.
Everything else simply uses the most up to date rules available for them.

He has a psycker power right now that only affects daemons, and he is responsible for detecting and avoiding them as the corsairs travel.

Actually, I just took the option away for malefic. The divination is to escape, the sanctic is to destroy, the telepathy is because spirit seers, shadowseer, and farseers all have access, so it seems eldar psyckers lean that direction already.

My thoughts:
I think the Wasp War Walker should have the same type of one use shunt move that dread knights have.
Reduce the cost of the Phoenix bomber...or up it's armor/ offense. Currently it's too expensive for what it does.
Jet bikes should be the same as guardian jet bikes
Void Dreamer should be WS 6. Basically a more fighting version of a farseer. He should not have access to divination as he isn't a farseer.
Corsair Prince should be able to modify reserve rolls or allow everything to scout.
All corsairs should have night vision.
Missile launcher price need to go down for the corsair squads.
The grynx should allow the user to ignore a perils test once per game.

The prices are all adequate, actually, the bomber getting 5+ cover all the time makes it pretty survivable. And the prince already gives 3 units deep strike. With the lightning attack rule I gave them, scout moves would put them way too close to the enemy. The missile launchers should go down in price for EVERYBODY, every one of them is overcosted, I wasn't going to special snowflake the eldar one, especially when it is better than the imperials version.

Oh yeah, and I used my updated V.D.R. to remake the night wing interceptor. 105 points, trades shrouded for stealth, guns become a twin linked bright lance and twin linked shuriken cannon, can be fielded in squadrons of up to 3. The corsairs and craftworlders are supposed to have an air superiority fleet, the old interceptor and the Crimson hunter are just too similar to me. Now they have cheap flyers to help with aerial crowd control!
