I... actually don't know. Help?

We all know that if the Orks got organized, they'd destroy everything in a massive gakstorm. But, what if Khorne pulled a few strings, and united everyone under one Warboss/Daemon hybris? Would they be unstoppable?

I think you are giving khorne a bit too much credit here.

Khorne cares not whose blood flows, only that it flows. The intercine war of the Orks suits Khorne just fine.

Khorne does not care whether one Ork kills another. For Emprah's sake one of Khorne's Daemon Prince kept reviveing Tuska every time just so they can have fun. If Khorne really, really, really cares, he will just locked all the Ork infested planets in a constant civil war. Khorne be pleased.

On the other hand, according to the subsection in the Black Legion supplement, "The Doom Of Relorria", Abaddon went and done caught a heap'O em' geenskinz and did make experimentz ta fusez em with ze' Daemons. *cough*, so, if the certain two-arm'd competent strategical genius succeeds, the story really will become the precursor to the Khornate Ork story.

It used to be that whilst some young and (foolish?) Orks emulated the discipline of the Imperium and became Stormboyz, some grew older and became followers of Khorne.

Its not common but not impossible.

And of course Warboss Tuska now fights eternally at the whim of Khorne and I doubt the Ork Gods are unhappy that he does so.......

Doesn't Khorne already have a planet of Orks where they kill each other daily only to be revived the next day in a Valhalla-mockery?

Well, it's orks vs daemons, but yeah, khorne saw Tuska and took him home to fight forever because the constant warfare pleases him

Fun fact: in Warhammer Fantasy pre-End Times, Khorne had his personal Valkyrie innovatively named Valkia the Bloody

Just wanted to point out that Khorne was so pleased by those orks, he brought the Warboss and his crew straight to the base of his Throne to fight his Blood Heralds to constantly train his generals, and to give those Orks the greatest of fights.

Those Orks are truly in Ork Valhalla.

It's also pertinent that while Orks can fall to the Chaos gods, it's very uncommon. They are quite resistant to the influences of the warp and feel uneasy about other possessed Orks. So even if Khorne got his claws in a particularly talented Ork and buffed him up to be capable and worthy of uniting all the other Orks, they most likely wouldn't want to follow him anyway.

Tuska and his boyz are living the Ork dream thanks to Khorne. Apparently Waaaaaaagh! Tuska did such an excellent job slaughtering daemons from one chaos planet to another that they gained Khorne's notice. Now he constantly revives them, an immortal Waaaaaagh!, so that his own generals can train and practice on them. In the minds of these Orks they must be in heaven.

The Black Crusade Supplement Tome of Blood specifically mentions Orks that follow "Da Bludd God." It also mentions that said orbs are outcasts among other orks for being orky heretics.

It's possible, but rare. Like "no one has ever heard of it happening but a few magos and some inquisitors" rare.

Orks are inherently resistant to the draw of Chaos. It takes very specific situations for this to be overcome, and even then it's unlikely the corrupted Orks would survive being turned on by their peers.

There was a miniature, too.

From the same sources, it mentioned that the Ork mind is resistant to daemonic possession - the Ork and the "possessing" daemon end up sharing or fighting over control of the body, with the daemon often trying to get said body destroyed so it can escape back to the warp and look for a more pliant host.

In 3d ed Deamonhunter codex there are orcs worshipping khorne. Both in the picture section and in the "reasons to fight" section.

I think the moment Khorne starts pulling strings to make an über orc army he'll stop being Khorne and drift closer to tzeentch. For the Orc army to be khorny (heh) they'd need to continously fight and prove their worth. I'd assume true unification under khorne is impossible. As an example of this, in the first short story of the anathology "let the galaxy burn" (38 short stories) a group of 30 black templars fight a few thousand khorne cultist. spoilers below:
Spoiler:
the khorne cultists are not allowed close combat for a few engagments and eventually get so overcome with their lust for combat that they fight each other, descending into something of a civil war. I'd assume the same happening to orks in a similiar position, making unification all but impossible

His pattern of returning alive after being declared dead occurred often enough during Cain's career that the Munitorum made a special ruling that Ciaphas Cain is to never be considered dead, despite evidence to the contrary.

Remember that we're talking about orks here. They probably believe that Khorne is less orky and powerful than Gork and/or Mork, and that a normal ork warboss us better than an ork-daemon hybrid warboss simply because "green is da best." With that in mind Khorne getting orks to unite under him or one controlled by him is unlikely.

Poor ignorant guardsmen, it be but one of many of the great miracles of the Emperor! The Emperor is magic, like Harry Potter, but more magic! A most real and true SPACE WIZARD! And for the last time... I'm not a space plumber.
