Title says it all, can I take an aspect host, in this case three units of fire dragons, and start them in reserve inside three falcons that are part of a CAD, with the intent of using the cloudstrike deepstrike rule.

You can do this because the Falcons have a transport capacity, but are not Dedicated Transports. That allows you to put anything (that fits) into them during deployment (Battle Brothers, of course), and then use their Deep Strike rule.

Yes, provided that there is sufficient transport capacity and that the Autarch doesn't have SH Wings, WS Jump Pack or Skyrunner Jetbike (only Infantry can embark, excluding Jump or Jet Infantry).
