From what i can see your list is ok but it is hard to picture due to the way you have laid it out. But the main problem i can see with your force is that it just lacks focus. first things first, drop the master of ordinance, its too small a game to need him and you already have the wyvern for raining template death, then decide if you are going to have your infantry hanging back on the board edge ( in which case i would recommend forward sentries and an ageis with some heavy weapons) or if you wan them to be aggressive objective grabbers ( in which case you want chimeras/tauroxes, meltas and grenadiers).
If I run vets then i normally equip them with a missile launcher and forward sentries or 2 meltas, grenadiers and a chimera. Finally just something to consider, you may want to trade the vets out for regular infantry platoons as at this points level having lots and lots of guardsmen with lots of autocannons can be a real problem to face.
Its your choice what to do but if i was going to play i would use some thing along the lines of this :
HQ
- CCS w/ missile launcher, 75
Troops
-Infantry platoon : PCS w/ autocannon, 40
Infantry squad w/ autocannon, 60
Infantry squad w/ autocannon, 60
-Infantry platoon : PCS - 30
Infantry squad w/ autocannon, 60
Infantry squad w/ autocannon, 60
Heavy support
-Wyvern - 65
Fortification
Aegis defence line - 50
-500-
Now with this list you have lots of antitank fire power, with lots of bodies (65 guardsmen) backed up by the almighty wyvern with an army wide 4+ cover save. The only real problem you may face would be with having to capture objectives due to it being a stationary gun line but in that case you can just send out one of the platoons to grab near by objectives in the late game. Hope this helps.
