So my brother and I make a list to practice our tournament lists against and this is what we came up with.

Farseer - Bike

6x Bikes - 6x Scatter Lasers
6x Bikes - 6x Scatter Lasers
6x Bikes - 6x Scatter Lasers
5x Bikes - 5x Scatter Lasers

5x Fire Dragons - Wave Serpent - 2x SC
8x Warp Spiders
5x Wraithguard - Doom Scythes - Wave Serpent - 2x SC

7x Swooping Hawk -
7x Swooping Hawk -

2x War Walker - Scatter Lasers
3x Vauls Weapon Battery - 3x D Cannon
WraithKnight - Sword n Shield

Currently we are 0-3 vs this list with various forms of SM and Admech Drop Pod. If you can think of a strategy or list to use vs it tell us but we cant come up with a strategy.

Neither of us play Eldar so please dont counter with another Eldar List.

The list is good. Protect the bikes, play aggressively with knight and you should be fine.

I think he said he's having trouble AGAINST the list, not with it.

Although in that case, posting the lists they tried against it and some thoughts on what worked/didn't work, would probably be useful.

That list has no long range anti tank and generally poor to mediocre range. Don't go to him, make him come to you. A unit of three Whirlwinds is cheap, doesn't need line of sight, has pinning and re-rolls to wound against his Windriders. If he has to make both a pinning test and a morale chech at Ld8 he's likely to fail one, and it is perfectly possible to hit more than one unit.

Don't believe bikes can be pinned my friend.

The OP Eldar list comes to 2252 points. So, depending on the points limit of the lists that you're throwing at it, that may be part of the problem. Even if you're lists are 2000 points, you're basically giving the Eldar the Wraithknight for free. If 2000 is your goal, then removing the 5xbikes, and one set of hawks and the Eldar list drops to 2005 points.
