Given the number of novels published by BL, that would be next to impossible. I know that a lot of Abnett's main series happen a lot earlier than people think, given what's going on in the story, but Ravenor did not begin to write his book until the end of his original story-arc, which then makes an appearance in Gaunt's Ghosts, and is commented on being "centuries old" therein. That puts the Eisenhorn/Ravenor tales sometime in M39 at the latest, GG's sometime in early-M40.
As far as the Age of Strife goes? No. It's a time of legend and myth, being older even than the age of the Horus Heresy, which is a time of mythological beings and legendary events, being all but forgotten by the people of M41.
