Hi Guys,

First of all, i don't use an air brush, nor do I intend to (as handy as it might be) - just wanted to get that out of the way first

I've currently started painting my Imperial Knight and very quickly realised the brush I had is NOT going to work.

A little while ago i got an Army Painter Vehicle Brush. I usually really like the brushes from TAP, but this one immediatey seemed really stiff, so had only used it for light drybrushing up until now.

So, when i tried to do the boltmetal base for the night, boy-o-boy, does it ever streak. It also caused LOTS of bubbles when i tried to water down slightly.
It's just SO horrible to paint with.

Obviously this is manageable for the metal base, as it doesn't need to be overly smooth due to future weathering as the such - but this WILL NOT do for the panels.
Even less so for the Land Raider I have in the to-do pile.

So with that in mind, where can I find a great brush for vehicles/terrain that is a little softer and paints a lot nicer.

Thanks for the help

I would check out: http://www.rosemaryandco.com/index.php?route=common/home

I get all my brushes (except my W&N S7 of course) from there. They have a bunch of nice flat and filbert brushes. Check out the range for watercolour.
