Hey all,
This is my first attempt at a fluffy white scars list using the 7th ed codex. Please feel free to advise and critique as you see fit.

The drop pod with the command squad will drop-in first turn and be used to accurately deep-strike the land speeders.

I'm sure Khan isn't involved in every battle in which the white scars participate so, yes, a fluffy white scars bike list without Khan.

I believe your land speeder tactic won't work very well. You'll bring your pod in turn 1, and it will be your only vehicle on the board. With your land speeders in reserves, there is no way your opponent doesn't know what they're trying to do. The drop pod will get all the anti-tank hate in their army because why not, and you will likely be deep striking blind every game. The only time i'd ever deepstrike land speeders is one man squadrons with double multi-meltas to pop a tank and then die, other than that, seems too risky. Also, I hope you're not thinking to deploy the bikes in the pod..

I see what you mean about my drop pod tactic, I think I'll revise that a bit. Don't worry, I'm not going to try and put the bikes in the pod 
What do you think about my command squad load-out? Any suggestions for improvements?

It rather depends on what type of power weapon you choose to take. At least 1-2 storm shields should be present, and the ability to take 4 grav guns shouldn't be overlooked. I don't like to spam, but it's damn effective. If you want, I'd do...

I was thinking 2 swords and 2 axes so I've got a mix of AP3 at I4 and AP2 at I1. The librarian is having a sword too. I left them as they are because I didn't want to put too many points in one unit.
I'll drop the pod and add a couple of storm shields. Automatically Appended Next Post: Ok, I dropped the pod and 2 speeders, upgraded the remaining speeders to duel MM, put 2 SS in the command squad, dropped the melta bombs on the librarian and squeezed in another bike squad with grav-guns (no attack bike though). Turns out I was paying double for the melta bombs on the command squad so I had an extra 25 points to spend

I've had a re-think about my list. My main (only) opponent has orks as his main army (he also has tau and chaos) and doesn't use fliers or skyfire so I thought it would be best to add something to deal with hoards. Anyway, I came up with this;
