Hey guys I've got a game vs the pointy eared craft worlders tomorrow in my local GW stores narrative campaign. I'm not sure what to bring against him. I don't think he will be going with flier spam or Wraith spam I'm expecting either aspect or guardian spam so I need suggestions what to bring. Ps I play mono slaanesh csm and the game will be at 1000 points

In terms of general tactics, try to focus on killing one unit at a time with your shooting and attempt to engage in CC as soon as possible. Deploy forward to minimize the amount of distance you have to go to get in CC.
What kind of units are you planning on bringing? That will give people an opportunity to give you more specific advice.

Well one unit I'm definitely bringing is my fisticlaws biker lord and his biker buddies with the icon of excess as they so far have proven to be a real annoyance for my opponents to deal with. I'm also considering bringing 2 X 5 noise marines in a rhino each with a blast master in each squad then from there I'm not sure

I'd love to say nurgle bikers but youre slaanesh, at 1000 points chaos spawn could be a good idea.
Theyre cheap, fast and CC based. The dreaded heldrake would probably work wonders against his aspect warriors and guardians. I would suggest at least a squad of oblits or 2, unmarked as i dont think the slaanesh mark would do much for them.
at least the eldar player i normally play likes to rely on his shrouding warlocks so ignore cover weapons could help.

lol
I guess blast master are going to be super useful. AP 3 ignore cover and S8. Sou you could hit his tanks without them jinking, and it would kill dark reapers and bikes without them getting fnp. Plus you're all slaanesh so it fits well. Not sure if fnp is a thing with eldar mind you.
The Burning Brand could put out some real hurt if you have another HQ on bike or jump pack. Maybe you could put it on a lord with steed and outflank? That would turn any dark reapers into warp dust.....after a turn of them pounding on you but hey.
I've had some good results with just your average autocannon havocs in the past.

2 squads of noise marines will definitely be in the list (easily one of my fave units).
Burning brand il be honest I don't like it don't get me wrong I love the fact it's torrent and AP3 but strength 4 really couldn't it of atleast been strength 5 lol. One idea I've had is this due to chaos having won atleast 5 games in the campaign we get 15 points of wargear free so I'm thinking of rolling with something like this
Primary detachment Crimson Slaughter
HQ
Chaos Lord 180 points
Mark of Slaanesh Chaos Bike Lightening Claw (for free due to the free 15 points) Power Fist Sigil of Corruption Daemonheart
Troops
5 Noise Marines Blast Master 125 points
Rhino 35 points
5 Noise Marines Blast Master 125 points
Rhino 35 points
Elites
Hell brute 100 points
Fast Attack
5x Chaos Bikers with Mark of Slaanesh Icon of Excess 2 Melta Guns Combi Melta Melta Bombs 190 points
Heavy Support
Obliterator 70 points
Obliterator 70 points

1000 points bang on the dot

If you can, bring a Heldrake. It murders nearly everything they can field, is amazing against Scatterbikes, and outside of the Crimson Hunter they have very few good answers to it.

I see helldrakes as pointless in my list as I have blast masters :p plus if I really want more AP3 il just bring the defiler out lol.
Actually hmm maybe drop the obits and the brute for deffy could be rather amusing

Aren't eldar toughness 3 base though. That would make the brand wound on 3+. That could could potentially kill an entire dark reaper unit all on its own. Certainly beats the bolter on the bike, if you allow changing the bolter as weapon. It has quite the threat range on a bike platform, is there on turn one and is heaps cheaper than a drake.
I don't see that helbrute doing much against eldar tbh lol, but I'm not a fan of it either way.

10 x Cultists 59 points
9 auto guns (due to wysiwyg rules in store)
Elites
5 Noise Marines with Blast Master 125 points
Rhino 35 points
5 Noise Marines with Blast Master 125 points
Rhino 35 points
Fast Attack
5 chaos bikers with mark of slaanesh 2 Melta Guns icon of excess combi melta melta bombs 190 points

Should have gone with your previous list, but drop the helbrute and 1 oblit for a heldrake. You might think you don't need more AP3 ignores cover, but you can never have enough in my experience.
