Hey! I'm just wondering what kind of odd tools or objects you have used when painting/ modeling?

I for one am a big fan of nail clippers to help trim excess plastic off models or even get them off the sprue. It can give you a very precise and clean cut

Not really a tool but Pool putty.

Similar to mill putty. cheaper. you get more. becomes solid rock after it cures.

Strange tools? I have used a multitude of found objects for models themselves and when sculpting, pretty much anything can be used as a texture...

A small solid plastic tractor tyre off some old toy or other, used as a jig with a marble as a die for making domed shields.

Probably not unusual, but the twisted corner of a tissue to suck up excess glue or paint.
