The above is the situation I find myself in. I made a custom miniature that combined an eldar jet-bike with my orc warchief turned big mek and some nob and dakka-jet bits. Altogether it's totally awesome, and fits absolutely no unit in the game. So I decided to make my own rules for him. Obviously I'll only use him among people who don't care, but I need to balance him. So I thought I would bring my current rules to you guys to see what you think. Also I need to decide what he costs, point-wise. I'm leaning toward 175 points.

A jet-bike stolen from the eldar and retro-fitted with ork tech. turbo-boosts at 36", and provides +1 to the cover save given by turbo-boosting, due to smog. It is fitted with a Twin-linked Thundur Blasta. Which has the below profile:

If a 1 is rolled to hit, place a small blast marker over the gun. Any unit that is under or touches the marker suffers a wound, with the option of a saving throw. Now follow the instruction of the Woah! special rule, treating it as though you rolled a 1.

whenever Garzok turbo-boosts more then 18", roll a D6. If 1, Garzok got distracted and crashed. Stop half way and Garzok may take a wound, with a chance of a saving throw, if he survives the saving throw or has remaining wounds, he spends the next turn trying to fix Da Black Lightnin'. Follow the rules for Meks tools on Da Black Lightnin' until you get a 5 or 6. If your don't get a 5 or 6, spend the next trying, or however many turns it takes. Garzok cannot leave his prized possession behind.
