Aside from its misleading name to its Obliterator reminiscent face, he only really seems to be a good stand in for a Termie captain (RIP Terminator Cap). But lo and behold IT HAS RULES FOR 40K!!
Or if smurfs are not your flavour...
He looks worse tbh.

Pretty sure this has already been posted, considering it came out a few days ago, but as for your assessment of it being a good Terminator Captain, you might want to check again. He's not even in Terminator armor. Regardless, I'll be getting one and swapping out the head. Easy fix.
