So, in 7th edition, there are a gazillion different combinations of missions and Maelstrom Objectives, as well as the Eternal War objectives. Is there a..."good" way or, "efficient" way of having a set of customizable or inclusive objective counters that can account for all the different mission types? For example, numbered 1 thru 6, but also having the "4, 3, 3, 2, 2, and 1" numbers on them, and anything else I'm forgetting?

What does everyone else do for objective markers? I'm not opposed to making them or buying some pre-made counters or whatever, I'm just overwhelmed with where to start.

The best counters are ones that have a slot for a 12mm dice that can be ANY number between 1 and 6. I think the best I've seen were mini Drop Pods as 'Supply Drops' that could hold the dice in the top vanes.

If the Objective has TWO slots for a 12mm, one for the number and one for Mysterious, that wins all contests.

A set of eight markers (1-6 with doubles of 2 and 3) which can be flipped over or have the numbers concealed for missions that have you distribute the markers before you know what the number is.
