I've just gotten some eldar, quite a few units and love some of the grey and red/orange colour schemes. Anyone have any pictures of some? Looking for motivation and ideas for what colours where. Thanks for reading!

I just did an Yme-Loc Farseer:

Orange: Vallejo Model Color Red Leather, Wash with Reikland Fleshshade. Highlight by layering Amaratha Red and adding VMC light yellow to the mix.

Dark Grey: Vallejo Game Heavy Charcoal, shade by glazing VMC black, highlight by adding a little VGC Heavy blue-grey.

Light Grey: VGC Heavy bluegrey, Agrax wash, relayer bluegrey, add VGC dead white to highlight.

Nice work. The gems and power sword are especially well done.

How did you do the hair and the flesh?

Not sure why my sig, isn't showing. Many pics on my Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/winterdynecommissionmodelling/

The hair is just a standard red-brown (vgc heavy sienna) highlighted up with a sand yellow and glazed with flesh wash.

The flesh is tallarn flesh, reikland wash, then my usual 4 or 5 highlight, and tone shades (adding white, red, blue-green into the mix).
