Got quite a few newbe question here, and Im talking about Tau.

A lot of models may select items from the Support Systems list. Does this mean any of the systems there?
DS8 Tactical support turret - I just add one of those to its unit then?
Field Amplifier Relay - I can select this one but in order for it to actually work, there need to be a Guardian Drone in the unit, right?
Gravity Wave Projector - I shall not add such a drone to the unit then, the system is on the actual model, right?
Hover Drone - Well, this is not a physical drone right?
Marketlight - Does it count as one weapon in the shooting phase (like the Crisis suits can fire 2 weapons)
Multi-Tracker - Can I add this one to a Crisis suit and then fire 3 weapons (since the suit has this one too)?
Nova Reactor - Can this one be used on other suits than the Riptide? The desc. only talks about Riptides.
Riptide Shield Generator - So a Riptide can not use the standard Shield Generator (with 4+ inv. save)?

Regarding Signature systems; Can a unit, say a Commander suit, take any number of signature systems for free? The codex says "May take items from the Signature Systems list.".

Marketlight - Does it count as one weapon in the shooting phase (like the Crisis suits can fire 2 weapons) Yes, a markerlight counts as a weapon (HVY 1 30 inch) but crisis suits can't take it.

EDIT: Reading it again it seems most of your confusion comes from wargear list vs support system list. The support system list is where you can ''buy'' wargear. It's right in front of the army list in your codex. Those you can buy depending on limitations

The wargear list tells you what every piece of equipment in your army can do.

Support Systems
If it says it can take items from the list then you can choose freely from the allowed system for that model up to the limit written.

DS8 Support Turret
Buy one for a FW unit if needed.

Field Amplifer Relay
FW Breachers has this built in. Works with Guardian Drone if you buy that for the unit.

Gravity Wave Projector
If a unit can buy it then you may choose to do so.

Hover Drone
Yes its a Drone that the new Plastic Ethereal rides on.

Markerlight
Counts as one weapon when firing.

Multi-Tracker
Already built in to most Battlesuits, allows you to fire two weapons in the shooting phase only.

Nova Reactor
Riptide Only.

Riptide Shield Generator
Riptide can only take the Riptide Shield Generator.

Signature Systems
It says on the model description if it can choose freely or not. Note that each Signature system is unique to 1 per Army.
E.g. a Commander can take any number of Signature systems but not for free, they all have a cost.

K, thanks. But Im still confused here.
1. How do I know which systems works on which models? Like the Hover Drone, is it only for Ethereals? Or Marketlight, why cant Crisis suits have it? Or Nova Reactor, why only for Riptides? All these threes systems are in the Support systems section in the codex, and a lot of models are to select items from this section.

2. You say "buy". So does the systems cost anything? Where hare the prices then?

3. Regarding the signature systems, why not select all of them every time then? I cant see any cost for them either.

No worries, this stuff was confusing for everyone at one time!
Now be sure to (carefully) read the remarks on the bottum of that list. It includes restrictions on certain items.
Like missle drones are broadside only, Pulse accelerator drones only for pathfinders and so on.
With the new codex they have tried to condense all of the information into one place but personally I found the older codexs drone page easier to understand.
Ofcourse, this is also because of the influx of new drones.
