Hey guys, so I was casually working my way through the 30 marines in the boxset and I noticed I was missing the sprue that has the shoulder pads and combat knives on.
Has anyone else found a missing sprue in this boxset or am I the only one?
That was exactly my thoughts, like I said it was resolved really quick though, so I cant complain but it was a huge shame for a box I was excited about (and isn't cheap)
Games Workshop always replaces missing sprues and stuff. And sometimes go rather further then you'd expect for it. I bought a Necron Annihilation Barge once and it had the wrong instructions, It had the instructions for building the Triarch Praetorians instead. So I contacted GW and they said "We dont have any spare instructions so w are sendig you a new box." And I got a whole new Annihilation Barge for free..
Wow i've heard GW are fantastic at customer support but I didn't realise they were that good! I'll walk into my local store tomorrow and ask if they have a spare lying around.
