Like it says on the tin, I'm starting up this painting log so I can throw pics up of commissions as I finish them! I don't do a high volume of work - I've also got another job and I'm a full-time college student. So I won't be updating terribly often, but hopefully the updates will be quality.

Anyhoo, here's the first two entries: a Lord of Rot and Lord of Change, from the X-Terra line by Titanforge. As far as "not-40k" models go, these are some of the nicest, aside from some problems with poor casting quality that have plagued other models from this line.

Lord of Change:

Lord of Rot:

Enjoy!

Edit: I'd forgotten that Dakka's compression algorithms make pics look like they were taken with a potato, so I rehosted them.

Both are fantastic in their own way. Nurgle for me is always awesome, but its a first to see the other style done so well.

Superb.

Life is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless and perfunctory gift nobody ever asked for. Unreturnable because all you get back is another box of chocolates. So you're stuck with this undefinable whipped mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down because there's nothing left to drink. Sure once in a while there's a peanut butter cup or a English toffee, but they're gone too fast and the taste is fleeting. So you end up with nothing but broken bits of hardened jelly and teeth shattering nuts. If you're desperate enough to eat those all you've got left is a. An empty box, filled with useless brown paper wrappers.

Thanks for the positive responses, guys!

Here are some shots of a job I finished not that long ago - a large Mercs force for Warmachine.

Bit of a throwback here - the High Reclaimer and his personal Sanctifier warjack, painted up for last year's Clash for a Cure!

Long time, no update! Time to fix that.

First up is a Protectorate of Menoth force I painted! This was a really fun job, and I think it shows in the work. But, I'll leave that up to you all!

Second, two personal projects I've done - a Lord Relictor for age of Sigmar, and Kurtha Sedd from Betrayal at Calth.

Lots more in the pipeline as well - nearly all of it Warmachine! Stay tuned.

Cheers!

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Oh, almost forgot, I wrapped up the last wave of models for a massive Convergence of Cyriss force. And when I say massive, I mean 2-3 of every unit, every warcaster, 2-3 of every warjack (all magnetized), multiples of every solo, and all the colossal and battle engines! The customer is going to be getting together a photoshoot to display the fully completed army, which I'm very excited to see.
