I got E-Haley for Christmas, so I want to build a list around her. I am still pretty new to Warmachine, as the only other caster I've had experience using is Commander Stryker. This is what I am thinking of, please let me know if you have any suggestions or tips. Thanks!

I am not sure what I can put in for the last 6 points. I was thinking of adding in a unit of rangers, but I already have a lot of shooting from the gun mages and b13. Would you guys have any recommendations, or is there anything on the list that should be changed?

So gun mages can't actually have a jack unless you take their officer. Meaning the first change I'd make is swapping the gun mage solo (I've never liked his model or really loved his rules to be honest) for the gun mage officer. This will let you put him on the gun mages and let you use the gun mage shots (like snipe) with the hunter. Which is great.

I'd look at a unit of Stormguard or perhaps Silverline Stormguard instead of the Boomhowlers. You really lack an anchor, and the polarity field on the silverline really helps keep you safe.

I'd also drop the ironclad and hunter for a Stormclad, that thing is hands down the best jack in faction. Plus it has a lot of electricity shenanigans, and combined with the stormguard, it lessens your need to allocate it as it gets one automatically if it starts within 3" of them.
