So, I have a bunch of Eldar I got in trade. I have worked hard to strip paint, super glue, rebuild, even build parts through conversion. Now I am painting, using an Iybraesil theme.

My actual question is, from a fluff standpoint, Eldar use steel atall as it pertains to say... Man? For example, the intakeanifolds on grav tanks, black and airbrushed with power effect or Steel (starting with ironbreaker etc.) And washed with sme highlight(s)?
Thinking about wraithbone. Even their engines and propulsion?

Your Eldar can use whatever the heck you want them too. Iron is a common material in the Universe. There's a high likelihood that they've encountered it along their travels. Maybe they've settled as Exodites on a Maiden World that is rich in the mineral? Whatever you want, man. It's your army. If some purist snob gives you flak, tell them that's just as strong as Wraithbone, then poke them with a sword to prove your point.
