That's going to be a HUGE list. There are dozens of small companies doing post
apoc in one form or another. Here's a few off the top of my head.
Ramshackle Games. Wierd post
apoc figures, the biggest selection of post-
apoc vehicles anywhere, lots of bits for conversion and game "Nuclear Renaiassance".

Lead Adventure miniatures. Very flavorful and well done figs.

Kalistra ministures. Small line of figs that fit well with EM4.

Copplestone Castings. Post
apoc figures compatible with -and by the original sculptor of- Em4 miniatures.

Johnnyborg castings. The remnants of "Megaminis" has a cheap 20 figure set that collects some of the classic figs from the Demonblade and Alpha Forge brands.

Wreck-Age. Beautiful minis and a well-done game and setting. Made right here in Chicago!

I'm too lazy to collect more links now, but Trollforged, Wargames Factory (soon to be released by warlord), Across Dead Earth, Foundry Street Violence, and Taban miniatures are all worth plugging into your search engine.
Also, it must be said, that much of the fun of Post-
apoc gaming can be sourcing figs from unlikely sources and converting. There are so many figures that can find a place in a post-
apoc setting, even if they were originally intended for something else. I highly recommend a visit to the Post-
Apoc Miniatures forum to see the incredible variety of what folks come up with.

Penultimately, it's not specifically post-
apoc, but much of the terrain Sean Patten builds has a real post-
apoc feel to it so a visit to his site Necromundicon is always worthwhile.

Finally, if I may toot my horn, our club has done ALOT of post-
apoc gaming and hobbying in the past and even run post
apoc games at conventions. Putting "Post
Apoc" or "wastelands" into the search engine on our blog will reveal lots of great figs, terrain, and battle reports.
