So you might have heard about the
Conquest Campaign system from
Horus Heresy Book 4, and yes it's totally awesome... my group is using it for
40K and it's just so darn cool.
I realize it seems quite daunting at first glance, and it is in fact a lot to digest... but it's so worth it. I made some 'primer' articles to help, if anyone is interested in the trying the Campaign and maybe felt overwhelmed or didn't know exactly where to start; or even if you just haven't heard about it but you like campaigns.

Anyway, hopefully this helps somebody start up a fun campaign, this system is incredibly flexible so if your group is 2 people or 20, "competitive" or narrative focused you can make it work.
