Simple question for anyone who has a Chaos predator boxed set... Does it contain components to make a loyalist Predator? What's the difference between the kits?

I only ask because they are the same price; I'm looking to make 3 loyalist predator tanks but the possible 3 sprue of chaos extras could come in handy for another project.

Unless it's changed recently, the difference is the accessory sprue. Chaos version has the Chaos vehicle accessory sprue instead of the Imperial one.

Exactly as insaniak says. If you're new to chaos and don't already have a bits box full of spikes, chains, skulls, and spears, it's worth it. I'd say buy just one or two to get the accessory sprues and then get the third of the cheaper loyalist tanks. Chaos predators, rhinos, bastions, etc all come with the same sprue, so you'll have tons of extra bits to work on future models. Chaos spawn are another good source of extra bits, with their bits being more mutated and weird.

Hatches are different. You'll have to use some with chaosy arrow symbols. You also miss out on hunter-killers and the radar dish.
