did your kit come without a stand or base? outside of the warping, any issues? ive just got mine, and the pile of resin is slightly intimidating.

I had a fair few problems, it's a lovely model once it's together but assembly took hours and was an absolute nightmare.

I got a base and a stand.

The two sides of the fuselage were pretty warped and required soaking in hot water then compressing to straighten out.

The nose didn't fit together properly and required a load of greenstuff.

Getting the engines to stick was awful, had to do a metric ****-ton of sanding/filing to get them to fit.
