Does the Knights of Santiago box scale well with the recent PanO minis? I think it was right at the cusp of the switch to all CAD so I'm assuming they'll look small next to Fusiliers let alone Father Knights.

They are more passable as they're in very dynamic poses and it makes the scale differences less noticeable. The lack of bulk that comes with the new armour however is noticeable. Especially with the new PanO exoskeletons that now must have batteries on their back.

The one thing I will say, at least the MO order range (which is pretty current) has been done so will look pretty much in scale next to each other.
Which, as a historical gamer used to mixing ranges (of much larger disparity than anything CB have done), I have to say is the important thing!

Yeah, I'm not in the "this a travesty beyond bearing!" camp, but it does bug me enormously.
I'm forcing myself to deal with it with my Sekbans and Kaplans because I already own them but I'm not going to jump in to any new factions that aren't predominantly...'new'.

But weren't the Santiago the last MO box CB did? I think the only MO figures they've done since have been Father Knights, the Seraph, and Joan. So, all of the MOs should still scale pretty well with each other. If you're running an MO sectorial, I don't think you should have any scale issues.

They were, and they were made to scale with the old Santiago who is in the box (spitfire).
