It works out at basically 67p a miniature, given the size of the bigger bot, Angels and the likes that is a steal. That is even before considering the rules, tokens and scenery sprue.
Throw in a £5 purchase for free p and p in the UK. I have been on the fence about MEdge but am definitely buying this.

If I weren't already swimming in unpainted (and partially painted) Maelstrom's Edge minis, I'd snag this in a heartbeat!

I think they only had 9 boxes or so, but if that means a further 9 players added to the community then that is a good thing.
@Lego: Are the upgrade sprues on the horizon? I am just wondering whether to hang fire on the construction of the miniatures.

Yes, very soon. Before the end of the month*. They only affect the contractor, scarecrow, karist trooper and karist shadow walker models though, so you can build all the rest without worry. *maybe

That's definitely the half glass full reasoning. The glass half empty is that a major UK store firesaled the last of their stock to get rid of it as it doesn't sell at normal prices.
