I cast 117 bases this weekend, which was the rest of the lot I needed. I also began cutting off excess kneadatite from the... I guess roughly 200+ bases that need to be taken care of, but I got sick of too much green and decided to take a break.

As such, I began working on a simple Foamcoare building (I am still in the learning stages). Started on the lower level, and I guess I'll try to make this some sort of chapel to the Emprah.

Oooh those stormtroopers are nice and shiney, I did I mine to grimy white. Silver armor worms nicely.

No hobbying today, aside from dreaming up a couple of TNT lists for the future.

I am going to do some shopping for bits to add to the ruins I am making

Question: what good bits would you say fit the walls of an imperial city? Besides the Aquila, of course.

And would a Winged Skull be out of place in an Imperial Cathedral?

I built and painted some terrain.
Oh, and wired it up with LEDs for lighting.

The terrain is a Warmill landing platform that's meant to hang onto one of their buildings. I made it a stand alone piece but it's designed to link up with several walkways I have and will also sit alongside GW ruined buildings (3" height to entry doorway - bottom of image).

Made three more lists for TNT using existing models in my collection. Fish people mutants to be cobbled together from Bones and KoW Naiads, Rat-people tribals using fun older metal skaven minis, and a functional if a bit dry roster to allow for crash landed tau invaders/refugees/what-have-you. I think I'm just gonna go for a round 10 factions before it's over. Maybe dump them all into a deathmatch campaign once they and my city terrain are finished. Maybe.

I spent most of last night doing the whole, "greenstuffing metal miniatures" thing.

Had to do a bit of improvisation too, as I managed to lose one of the heads for my Two-Face henchmen. - Fortunately, I had a spare Robin head, with a bit of greenstuff to give him a cap, I'm kinda hoping that it won't be *too* obvious once painted that he's got Robin's mask on him.

Also, with the Marvel Universe miniatures game out, I *cough* bought some things for colour scheme research purposes.

That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

Played a very bloody game of Baman earlier; in the first 4 turns, Deathstroke had murdered Damian Wayne (Robin), while Huntress and Azrael had cut down pretty much all the opposition on their own, leaving Deathstroke duking it out with Batman himself. Called the game there, as the result was pretty obvious at that point, but it was great fun.

Sculpting another Telvanni mushroom house. I'd be better playing games in 20mm so I could make the massive ones, right now all I'm making are little cottages and they're still pretty big.
