Personally, I'd probably turn one of the dreads into a Veteran with tank hunters and a MP/TL Lascannon combo for anti-armor work, but otherwise it looks like a pretty normal Deathwing list.

Why combi-flamers for the sargeants? Are you taking on a bunch of horde armies that you don't think the ACs or storm bolters will handle?

I would lose some of the Xtra gear and make all the squads 5 strong with the goal of trying to get another 5 man terminator squad with 2 more assault cannons, but its probably not possible without eliminating a dread. This only nets you 1 more assault cannon and not an extra scoring unit, so who knows.
