Death-Dealing Ultramarine Devastator

MANCHESTER

Hey guys,

Quick list I've thrown together with what I have with me.
I left this morning planning ok playing a 1000pts game but turns out we're going up to 1500 if people have enough.
What I have with me I can make.

CAD

HQ
Tigurius-165

TROOPS
Tac squad
10 man, melta bombs, power sword, flamer, dedicated transport (Rhino)

Tac squad
9 man, melta bombs, power sword, melta gun, dedicated transport (Rhino)

Scouts
5 man, 4 sniper Rifles, heavy Bolter, camo cloaks

1st Co Task Force

ELITES

Assualt Terminators
5 man, 2 thunder hammer/storm Shields, dedicated transport (Land Raider Godhammer [sponson twin las/twin heavy Bolter])

Terminator squad
5man, assault cannon

Sternguard Veterans
6man, special issue ammo, grav gun, power sword, melta bombs, dedicated transport (twin las razorback)

Exactly 1500 points.
Not sure how I'll fair but quick comments before I play in a few hours. Plan is to use the L/R with assault termies to spearhead an Assualt at one flank while refusing the flank on the other side to try and reduce losses. Tigurius to be with the 9man Tactical following the L/R to jump out and move over to the Assualt terminators to help out if needed.
Normal terminators to deep strike behind enemy lines to be a pain in the backside. Everyone else is on objective grab duty with Sternguard as a supporting role for the flank attack.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Ok, I've just been and played this list against what I'd call a very balanced chaos space marine list.
Now I know that chaos space marines aren't exactly top their... But I didn't expect the bloodbath that ensued. I tabled the guy turn 3 with just 6 terminators as casualties.
Have I stumbled across some kind of power list here?
I'd really appreciate comments.

hi Pr3Mu5

good luck hope your game went well

Bit of critique:

Tac Squads in rhinos.....you really want something to fire out of them maybe. Flamer is a bit meh (better if you're in a drop pod for that). Plasma gun is better IMO.

Also consider for your sgt a lightning claw and combi-weapon. since he has 2 attacks you're more likely to get a kill with a claw rerolling failed wounds and giving him combi-weapon means more flexibility. eg combi-flamer means you can take a melta gun without losing flame for assault or overwatch.

The sternguards in a the razorback i'd change to a drop pod. bring them in with combi-meltas.and/or combi-flamers and get some vehicles or enemy squads killed first turn.
Putting them in a razorback just makes them a target that's easier to kill than a land raider

IF you put your tac squads in drop pods and give one of your tac sergeants a teleport homer your terminator squad can deep strike in with no problems...
