Here's a fairly rough idea for my death watch army, at this stage I mostly just want to pin down the miniatures I'll buy. I'll probably add a chaplain and some librarians too. I was also considering adding a missile launcher and maybe a bike to the stalker team.

The stalkers and Dreadnought will start on the board and the rest of the army gets to be reserves.

Mostly I'm looking for thoughts on the kill team loadouts, but I'm happy for any other suggestions too.

Watch master
Beacon Angelis

Watch company
Watch captain

Aquilla team
Terminator
6 veterans (4x frag cannon, 2x ss)

Terminator (cyclone)
5 veterans (5x stalker bolters)

Aquilla team
Vanguard (2x lightning claws)
6 veterans (shotguns, black shield, done close combat weapons, maybe a heavy thunder hammer)
Corvus dedicated transport (halo launchers)

Venerable Dreadnought Nihilus

I'm also not sure whether it's better to add the aquilla teams as one watch company, or four strategum commands.

FWIW I think the best formations are the Purgatus and Furor killteams.

I'd consider thruning your stalker pattern boltguns and watch captain (change to librarian) into the Purgatus. I'd change the other frag cannon teams into a Malleus and a Furor.

Just wondering what your battle plan is for the Beacon Angelis for? It is a nice piece of equipment certainly but it seems anywhere you would be deploying the Watch Master any unit you would want to already teleport would be there with him.

Blood Angels 4,000+
Astra Militarum 2,500+
Grey Knights 2,000+
Tau Empire 3,000+

Thanks for the tips, I wasn't sure about which kill teams were best so that's good to know.

With the beacon I was thinking it will probably pull the Dreadnought or the sniper team, since they would deploy in the backline. Hopefully the snipers shouldn't need it, so more likely the Dreadnought.

Watch out for alpha strikes. If you go second, you have very little on the board and could easily get wiped out.

Also, are you just regular deep striking your squads, as opposed to drop pods? Could be risky.
