Looking at increasing my White Scars numbers - currently have a 500 point scout/speeder list. I'm looking for advice prior to wasting money

The second list has 2 extra scout bikers but loses the TML on the speeder as well as 1 Combi-Grav and MB. It maybe lacks balance?
