First, welcome to Dakka.
I’m not as fluent with the FW stuff, but will give this a shot.
Tyberos seems a decent guy
Dread should be nasty, I’m not sure he needs the pod. IIRC he’s a shooty dread, and while the pod will get him close enough to shoot, walking should be OK. The Lucius is a bit pricy.
What are you tac squads doing? While you can do a lot with a nice bolter drill, you might want to include your special weapon. It will do a lot of work for the squad.
I’m not a fan of footslogging assault terminators. While a land raider is expensive, it generally works OKish.
For a 1k list you have a lot of troops. And not a lot of “bang” Well, you have the dread, by that’s about it. You’ve got a melee blender, but no way to get them into CC. And a whole lot of bolters.
To build a TAC list, you need to be able to do a number of things.
Get troops to objectives and keep them there. You have this.
Thin out hordes, again, you should do OK here
Pop heavy armor: The dread should be able to get some rends, Tyberos in CC. For a 1k list, this might be enough.
Medium/light armor. Again, the dread is the only AV in you list.
MCs Similar to medium armor, you have the dread.
Flyers.
If you look at the jobs that need to be done, anything other then kill light troops and camp objectives, the dread is doing all the lifting for your army. That’s a single point of failure.
Putting some melta/plasma/grav on your tac squads will them them cover more bases.
Getting a transport for the termis will let them impact the battle more.
You could safely drop a tac squad at this point level to free up some space for more toys.

Generally I feel that Termies in a raider are quite expensive for a thousand point game, as they are almost half the points, but if you're set on taking them by all means go ahead.
I also think a regular dread with mixed shooting is sorta a let down, maybe switch the plasma for another autocannon (if that is legal as I am not sure)
with the extra points maybe give the tac squads a melta or plasma
but you have a good base, and I am just suggesting improvements, but the list is plenty good for casual games!
Happy Wargaming!

Hey man thanks for reply I feel the same about the termanators costing to much the tac squad already has a melta, a plasma and, a grav gun. I have enough points left to upgrade. The rhino to a razerback and was thinking could I drop the land raider put the terminators in a drop pod. To free up some points.

Razorback is a good call definitely, especially with LasPlas (sorry for not noticing the loadout on the tac squad)
Termies in a drop pod sounds interesting at the very least, dropping them in would definitely work however.
Maybe use the points for another dreadnought or another tac squad, as personally I feel that they are both quite good (although majority of people will disagree with me about the dreadnought)

Im not quite sure, I've always had a blast fielding them and they have preformed quite well for my Wolves/DeathWatch
I think it might be because they aren't incredibly survivable and they don't have a huge damage output, but I find that armour 12 is usually enough to be considered tough, and autocannons are quite good at killing light armour
