Subject: [200] - Slaanesh CSM - Kill Team

Not sure if it belongs here, but Kill Team is an expansion of 40k, so I took a guess.
I understand it has only just been released and all, but I'm looking for some advice on a potential Slaaneshi Kill team.
I had some Noise marines from a Slaanesh army that, due to toddlers and parental responsibilities, never got off the ground. Kill team's release made my corrupt little soul soar with joy when I realised I could enjoy 40k without that hazardous 2000 point army laying around just baiting my children to try and eat it.
So, my Slaaneshi kill team stands as follows.
1 Noise marine champion with Doom siren. (Using the old Slaanesh lord with the pipe organ backpack for this dude.)
4 Noise marines with Sonic Blasters.
1 Noise marine with Blastmaster.
All totals up to a tidy 200 points.
Now, this was always going to be a fluffy list, rather than a massively competitive one, but I still want it to hold it's own.
Thanks for any advice.

I am pretty sure with the default kill team rules you still have to abide by squad restrictions. The Heralds of Ruin fan variant is the one that allows buying an individual guy. So you can't buy just 1 Raptor (unless you're playing HoR version).

After some hard, hard, derping on my part wherein I completely misinterpreted the rules, I have edited my original post.
I'm still a bit confused as to if Noise marines are Troops or Elites, my codex (6th with Errata for 7th recently downloaded) clearly lists them as Troops.
But I've found conflicting evidence, such as them being sold on the GW websites under the Elites tab.

If memory serves, under 7th edition they are Elites unless you have Lucius, then they become Troops.
But that doesn't matter for Kill Teams.
*after checking, having a Chaos Lord with MoS also makes them Troops.

As noted, it's fine - you can have a pure Elites kill team, so it doesn't matter.
1 Noise marine champion with Doom siren. (Using the old Slaanesh lord with the pipe organ backpack for this dude.)
4 Noise marines with Sonic Blasters.
1 Noise marine with Blastmaster.
So....
Main problems I'd point out are that you've got a serious lack of numbers, and you've got a plethora of weapons not entirely suitable for a kill-team engagement.
What I mean by that - because every model is a separate unit, generally you won't encounter models clustered up. Which makes blasts and templates so-so in effectiveness.
The Doom Siren gets a pass because of Wall Of Death - anyone charging your aspiring champion is just dead meat.
The Blastmaster is nice for winkling marines out of cover, and does double-duty at plinking hull points off sentinals or chimeras, but it's expensive.
The main problem is probably the sonic blasters; you've got 4 guys, each with 3 shots. Against a marine (where taking 3+ shots to kill someone is not unlikely) then that's not a problem - you get 12 bolter shots a turn. But against a guardsman, where every shot is probably a kill? You can only kill a maximum of 4 guys.

First, am I missing something? -Noise marines with the options you've described add upto 169pts.
That said, I've found Noise Marines to be one of the better chaos kill teams. In general kill team games see a greater density of terrain and more of the missions having "night fighting." This is more advantageous for more numerous and lightly armored forces but still problematic with marine types, but your weapons counter that.
The enemy Kill teams designed around fielding great numbers are going to be the most problematic as they are for any elite Kill Team. Personally I've found against these large number Kill Teams when objective taking is involved will inevitably cluster and make blast and template weapons more useful. You don't have a lot of guys, so you need to think and make sure models you want to kill really need to die. Slaying the leader is relatively easy for a kill team that entirely ignores cover. Master-craftsman - specialist, on your blastmaster should mitigate blasts wandering off target.

Having just played my first KT game with Tau Vs. Noise marines I got pretty mopped up by the master blaster (S10, AP1, ignores cover ouch!) totally owned my crisis suit, my fire warriors and path finders. I am thinking next time Stealth suits, Piranha and either breach team or strike team not sure which. It’s not often tau are out ranged by Marines or CSM but I feel like if I take a breach team that will be the case. My thought is ST to outflank and work on objectives from the side, my piranha can zoom round with a FB and just delete major threats in a turn and a nice sturdy Tau gun line of a fire warrior strike
