I don't bother with voxs, I find I don't really need them especially with vets. 1 thing I can suggest though is to have your wyverns as 3 single wyverns rather than a squadron of 3. That way they can either fire at different targets or the same target depending on need and they don't suffer from any of the drawbacks of being in a sqaadron. You have the requirements of 2 CADs so you may as well make the most of it.

“Because we couldn’t be trusted. The Emperor needed a weapon that would never obey its own desires before those of the Imperium. He needed a weapon that would never bite the hand that feeds. The World Eaters were not that weapon. We’ve all drawn blades purely for the sake of shedding blood, and we’ve all felt the exultation of winning a war that never even needed to happen. We are not the tame, reliable pets that the Emperor wanted. The Wolves obey, when we would not. The Wolves can be trusted, when we never could. They have a discipline we lack, because their passions are not aflame with the Butcher’s Nails buzzing in the back of their skulls.
The Wolves will always come to heel when called. In that regard, it is a mystery why they name themselves wolves. They are tame, collared by the Emperor, obeying his every whim. But a wolf doesn’t behave that way. Only a dog does.
That is why we are the Eaters of Worlds, and the War Hounds no longer."

Looks like a decent list. I would drop a special weapon off each of the vet squads though as the Chimeras they're in only have 2 fire points. Same goes for the CCS's in Chimeras.

I would put the flamers in your veteran squads instead of CCS. Why? Because flamers are an anti infantry role. So are guardsmen with flashlights.

Compare:
CCS - Flamers - 4 flamers vs infantry
Vets - Meltaguns - 3 meltaguns vs tanks

CCS Meltaguns - 4 meltaguns vs tanks
Vets - Flamers - 3 flamers + 7 flashlights vs infantry

Now you're utilizing your other 7 guardsmen in the unit.

Also, mix up your LR's. They both have the same strengths and weaknesses. Make 1 a demolisher, and now you have a marine killer and a terminator killer.

Other then that, a pretty straight forward mechanized list. Enjoy!
