Hi there, I've currently been working on two lists aimed at taking part in competitive/ tournament play. I've tried to remain fluffy as possible, avoiding things like super friends. Both lists are aimed at an all takers style list, hoping to cover all bases and provide a decent alpha strike.
Anyway let me know which list would be more effective please, I'd really appreciate your feedback!

My 2cents worth, I would swap out the infantry squad lascannons with autocannons. The infantry squads should be shooting at other troops or light armor in a pinch, autocannons just fill that role better. That should give you a few extra points for some more options in other places.

Just an FYI, the PE re-roll won't help that Plascutioner with Pask. Sadly.

Love that Shadowsword list, even if I think the Taurox looks silly.

I would say list 2 is far superior, though you might considering leaving the Shadowsword out and taking the air support from list 1 instead. If you don't plan to run Pask in the LR Punisher I would just run a standard Tank Commander in the Vanquisher, and change his squadmate to an Exterminator; that Executioner is going to melt itself down now that PE does not allow re-rolls.

Has the Draft FAQ gone live yet? If not, then the reroll will still work.

It doesn't have to "go live" - it is basically the way it will be. Especially one that has had so many chances to be revised, since that was an early one. Just play accordingly and you won't cry too hard when it is officially official.

I already got my tears out of the way. :( I am going to miss my Plascutioners.
