Okay so ITC tournament in 3 weeks. I just need some help filling holes. Here's what I have so far:

Inquisition detach
HQ - Coteaz
Warbands x3 - 3 Acolytes (1 w/ melta bomb) and psyker - all with dozer blade chimeras (2 w/ flamers 1 with bolters/psybolt ammo)

Oathsworn Knight
Errant w/ s8 ap3 heavy 3 rocket pod

Skitarii Maniple
Troops
Rangers x6 - 2 arc rifles + omnispex
Vanguard x6 - 2 plasmas + omnispex
Vanguard x6 - arc rifles + omnispex

Elites
Infiltrators x5 - infoslave skull and omniscient mask (meant to outflank)

Fast Attack
Dragoon - jezzail
Dragoon - jezzail

Heavy
Onager - giant lazer
Onager - AA

This puts me at 1684. It's a 3 detachment max tourney so what could I add to these to bolster them? I have lots of vanguard on hand as well as rustalkers. The onagers and dragoons are seperate to make more targets and the 5++ isn't worth it to me over 6++ and being able to fire at different targets. Maybe filling out the troops units since chimeras can hold 12?

Rangers with arc rifle are in my opinion subpar to Vanguards with them. I would prioritize filling squads to full ten with Vanguards and giving them 3 special weapon each. Rangers are very good as 5 man squad with 2 arqebuses from my experience but that's pricy.
If you have additional onager consider getting him paired with the big laser one and buy Icarus IWND upgrade (the cognis manipulator) and keep him back in separate unit. That's how I play.
