NOTES:

The Chaplain and Terminator Librarian go with the Command Squad. They form a nice little Anti-Infantry/ Vehicle tying up squad
Other librarians go with the Tactical Squads providing them with Prescience
Terminator Librarian has Pyromancy so will be blasting things apart hopefully or giving them Fire Shield

While a legal list, that is not a gladius.

While there are a lot of fast attack options for the demi co, the Talon is not one of them. In addition, the Librarian Conclave is a Command slot (0-3), not an Auxiliary (1+) one, so will not take a demi-co to a gladius.

So you just have a CAD and a conclave.

I’d pass on the TDA for the librarian. It will prevent the squad from making sweeping advances, while not adding a lot to the unit.

Why the locator beacon in the dread’s pod? You only have one other pod DSing, and it doesn’t need that level of accuracy. You might want to get up to 3 pods so you can drop 2 first turn.

I’d go with the special, not the heavy in a 5 man squad. Especially if you are giving the sarge a combi.

Not a huge fan of the HF razor. Or ML devs, for that mater. They should both do OK-ish though. If you are not getting the razor for free, I might drop it for points. If you want something lightly armored to run around burning things, HFs work well on speeders. Because the Devs should not be riding in it except for thematic reasons.

I think I’ve commented about you command squad in previous threads. Still a little pricy, but if you works for you, rock on.

Command Squad I'd prefer the Standard of Emperor Ascendant for the extra attack and Fear, but gets way too pricey.

Rerolling to hit due to Chaplain is awesome hehe

Do have a question though:

Can you take a Reclusiam Command Squad and Chaplain and have them as both the FORMATION and DETACHMENT. Eg Chaplain forms part of Demi-Battle Company AND Reclusiam Command Squad

No. With the exception of over-arching formations like the Gladius, you can only belong to one thing. If not, every Strike Force Ultra would also be a 1st co. TF, and other silly things.
