For 1850 points I can see this as being very underwhelming if playing at tournaments or even against harder lists. If you are playing for fun ignore the below criticism.

First and foremost the sorcerer is far too overpriced with wargear that is a bit useless, such as the disk of tzeench and prophet of the voices. Both are abysmal choices as not only will the disk make your sorcerer too fast to join any units for protection but prophet of the voices mame it impossible to join a unit verbatum, mark of tzeench is also fairly useless as when you are running disk you don't need to be a beast with prophet of the voices and when you get an invuln save with PoTV you cant improve it above 3+ anyway with the mark of tzeench. Get rid of these and you can take 2 sorcerers! Which is 100 times better, and you can even put them in your squads of CSM so they wont die in 1 turn.

With the CSM units everything is fine bar the icon of vengeance, this is too expensive for what it does and if you put sorcerers in these units they shouldn't need fearless. ALSO if you run the new chaos warband (which I highly reccomend because you have all of the basic units except for a unit of bikes) you get free VoTLW which gives you 1+ leadership as well as objective secured on everything! Which is crazy in game.

I reccomend checking out the new book for reccomended tank formations etc

Easy Money for every tourney List out there.
The only Idea behind this List that might work is, that you have a few obsec units.
On the other side:
The List doesnt have serious psychic power - the sorcerer is as mentioned above, too expensive.
The List cant go for close combat
The List cant really shoot. No, the tanks are not hard and oblits had their Time a few years ago.

If you want To straighten the obsec thing then try To go for MSU.

But seriously you should keep an eye on the cyclopia cabal, heldrakes, daemonkin and maybe the new Formation with 3 possesed and a daemon prince To build a deathstar.
