Stealthy Dark Angels Scout with Shotgun

I'm looking to use the points total as a jump point to getting some things going for any of these 3 armies, and would appreciate suggestions. They don't have to be tournament level forces, fluffy ones are awesome, of course!

Thanks!

Bounding Dark Angels Assault Marine

I played in a Killt Team tournament pretty recently with Dark Angels. List was:

3 Black Knights
Hunt master
Grenade Launcher

5 Scouts
SGT has boltgun/sniper rifle
3 sniper rifles and ML

I gave one Knight split fire, another something to buff up close combat, and the ML scout got ignores cover. I didn't do to bad and the 3+ re-rollable jink can soak up a lot of fire plus skilled rider and all thar is pretty nice.

Dark Angels - 8000
Blood Angels - 4000
Astra Militarum - 2000

Bikes are nice in KT for sure. I also think that weight of fire and lots of bolter-wielding scouts could be good.
For those reasons, I really like the list above. Plus, the models are pretty fun to use.

As for Space Wolves, I'd imagine things with multiple wounds like thunderwolves and lots of free-dogs running around would be amazing.. cc is really different in KT games, so that's something to consider too.

Also, anything that's T5, when given the FnP specialist perk, is going to be a pain to deal with (i.e. T5 bike w/FnP w/3+ save minimum... basically a way around the "no 2+" rule)
