Have you thought about drop pods instead of rhinos? If you slap down two flamers in the back field of 500 points you can make a huge dent in troops

Taking Drop Pods not only means you can put your flamers anywhere, but also saves you 10 points per squad as Blood Angels Rhinos are more expensive with the fast rule. So now you have infantry destruction with flamers that can deep strike AND 20 points to play with - whether you spend it on combi-flamer sergeants or upgrading to heavy flamers (which I recommend highly as they are still assault weapons so you can stay mobile) is up to you.

Overall a solid list though. Attack bikes make for a fast and scary anti-tank with good survivability and psychic support.

3000pts Blood Angels (4th Company) - 2000pts Skitarii (Voss Prime) - 2500pts Imperial Knights (Unnamed House) - 1000pts Imperial Guard (Household Retainers)

2000pts Free Peoples (Edlynd Fusiliers) - 2000pts Kharadron Overlords (Barak Zilfin) - 500pts Ironweld Arsenal (Edlynd Ironwork Federation) - 1000pts Duardin (Grongrok Powderheads)

Wargaming's no fun when you have a plan!

Taking drop pods has some downsides, too though. I personally prefer Rhino for tac squads, especially in a CAD.
