Pretty basic, melta marines and the dreds drop first wave and try to open a few things up for the centurion and plasma squads. Tigurius rolls on divination I think. Any advice welcomed.

Little advise, try to put Heavy Flamers under the power fist of those two Dreadnoughts. It will be good to due with hordes light infantry, especially those Ork, Marine Scouts, Dark Eldar or Harliquans in open top transports.
I suggest switching out those Venerables for IronClads. Better armour. 13 is much better then 12. If you can try out Lucius Pods for them as well keeps them protected for a turn of shooting. Make one Ironclad a double flamer.
Ironclads w/ dual flamers are great horde killers.
Your Cents have hurricane bolters so don't forget that they work well against horde.
