Draigo, Librarian, OXI, and one group of termies make a group and start gating turn 1 (no surprise). The other termies either stay in my backfield or drop into the opposite one. Rest of the units pretty much do their regular duties.

Sounds like a plan. But gating can be risky.

Having played Eldar with GKs quite a bit, I can tell you from experience that they are a fun and good combination. They really do play off each others strengths.
The GKs benefit the most as they have to rely on DKs and Gate for mobility, so having Eldar Jetbikes with long range is a huge bonus to GKs. However, I have found that Eldar benefit too. Eldar do not wish to be in CC (save for the WK) so by having a solid core of CC goons, you can support the squishy Eldar.

For your list, I recommend running a NSF rather than a CAD. It doesn't change the models you have, since you can just plug them in as-is, but you get the tactical ability to Deep Strike turn 1. You also only need 1 Troop, so you could combine the 2x 5 Termies into 1x 10. You can still combat squad them in most games, but you'll have the ability to make a Death star of you want to, like in Kill Point games, or this can allow you to put 2 Psycannons in 1 squad, and the Characters in the other.
