In the past when I have made a second post soon after my first it automatically amends to my last post. However, there have been times when it does not do this. For the life of me I cannot figure out what makes it so it automatically amends or not. In short, how do you get a post to NOT automatically amend to your last post? There are times when I would like it to not do as such for organizational purposes.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

It's a time limit... IIRC, it lasts for 12 hours.

If it's for a blog, and you don't want to auto append (successive progress updates, for example) you can attach a (relevant) picture to the post to circumvent it.

Thanks!

It's both for a Blog and some Proposed Rules where I want to separate responses from progress updates on the proposed rules project.

Would it be possible to do something like this to a battle report posting I've made (with a lot of pictures) so I can post the final section (not much further to go!).

Many thanks,

I've fixed the typo in my post... This is something you can do yourself, not a mod edit
