Ironfist Publishing has released a 'preview' of the now-on-preorder new 'edition' Battlegroup Rulebook. Some minor changes (two Aimed Fire modifier changes; modifier change for Observation vs Snipers; and Area Fire is now Suppression Fire). Also includes a starter campaign of Canadians vs Germans in Normandy, along with Army List entries and data cards for both.

The Previews...

Its really just a full size rulebook... and an excuse to release the Normandy campaign we couldn't fit in the Overlord book.

Rules stay the same, apart from the three small tweaks, but all the errata is in, plus all generic scenarios and special rules from the books released so far.

Mainly though, we are running low on the last print run of mini rulebooks and a lot of people asked us for a larger, easier to read book, so this time on the print run we decided to do a new large book and add a few extras in.

Will there be some sort of 'printable stick-in' of the new/revised rules we can paste into our mini and Kursk books so that they stay correct please? Otherwise I have two books that will need biro crawled upon them, not the best thing for a rulebook (especially ones a good looking as these....)

There will be an updated quick reference sheet that will have all three new rule changes on.

The link seems to be broken and I can't find the book in the webstore. Hopefully it hasn't already sold out?

Work is subjective.

I write the books with Warwick Kinrade... Tis just us two in Ironfist with Will from PSC.

Not sure I'd call writing books about wargaming WW2 as work.
